With more than 50 years' experience in heavy industry,mining and power generation, Rob began his career as a motor mechanic beforebuilding an outstanding career with CS Energy, where he led maintenance processimprovement and major SAP transformation initiatives. He later spent almost adecade at Origin Energy as Maintenance Systems and Process Lead, leadingplanners and schedulers, developing maintenance processes, coaching teamsacross multiple power stations, and driving continuous improvement. Today, Robis passionate about developing the next generation of planners, supervisors andmaintenance professionals, sharing the practical lessons from a lifetime ofimproving maintenance performance and building more reliable operations.
