Luke is a reliability engineering professional with over 15 years of experience across asset-intensive industries, including mining and utilities. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, he has held key roles such as Senior Reliability Engineer, Maintenance Manager, and Reliability Consultant, supporting organisations to improve asset performance and solve complex operational challenges. Luke was first introduced to the Apollo Method in 2013 and has been delivering Apollo RCA training since 2023 to a wide range of organisations across Australia and Internationally.
Drawing on hands-on experience with both fixed plant and mobile assets, Luke brings a practical, real-world perspective to his training. His strong foundation in reliability ensures participants can directly apply the methodology within their own environments. Luke holds qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Finance, and an MBA, enabling him to link technical problem-solving with broader business outcomes. He is known for his down-to-earth approach and ability to engage teams, ensuring participants leave equipped to confidently apply and facilitate Apollo RCA in their workplace.
